David brought our new shaft to the dock Monday afternoon and installed it. now the boat is ready to go again. good thing we waited until we got here to replace the shaft the total cost for parts and labor was $400.00 that was including the $50.00 tip for a job well done.it would have cost at least 3 times that much in Kemah. Welcome to Mexico we love this place. There was a tense time while installing the shaft the young lad David had diving under the boat popped up on the ladder spread his hands as far apart as he could and said Barracuda under boat. soon the fish left and all turned out well.
